Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your booking and stay at KC Fun House, operated by Jason & Jana DeLong. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Reservations and Payment

All reservations are made through our direct booking platform. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the dates and length of stay. You will receive a booking confirmation once your payment has been processed.

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. Guests must follow the access instructions provided prior to arrival.

Occupancy Limits

KC Fun House accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. The number of guests listed on your reservation must not exceed this limit without prior approval. Additional fees may apply for unregistered guests.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available for 48 hours after booking. After that period, cancellation terms depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to your check-in date. We will clearly communicate the specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation at the time of booking.

House Rules

Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. The following rules apply:

• No smoking or vaping inside the property at any time.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior approval.
• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.
• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Liability

KC Fun House and its operators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. We recommend obtaining travel insurance for added protection.

Property Access

Hosts reserve the right to enter the property for maintenance, safety inspections, or emergencies with reasonable notice, except in cases where immediate entry is necessary to protect the property or persons.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from your booking or stay shall be resolved in accordance with Missouri law.
